MTC was established in 1989 in Marrickville by a team of just three. Now we’re a group of 450 dedicated people working at more than 40 locations across NSW and Queensland and every year we support 20,000 people with new skills, confidence and opportunities.

Opportunity Hub

Opportunity Hubs provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people with the skills, confidence, and support to successfully transition from secondary school into further education or employment.

National Student Wellbeing Program

The National Student Wellbeing Program (NSWP) allows eligible schools to hire Student Wellbeing Officers. These officers, provided by prequalified organisations like MTC Australia, support schools in building vibrant, tolerant, and harmonious communities.
