MTC was established in 1989 in Marrickville by a team of just three. Now we’re a group of 450 dedicated people working at more than 40 locations across NSW and Queensland and every year we support 20,000 people with new skills, confidence and opportunities.

How MTC Australia can support you

With services designed around your unique needs, we’re with you every step of the way so you have the confidence to realise your life ambitions. We also partner with community organisations to give holistic support to our customers.

Our Allied Health Team offer free counselling services to our customers who have been referred by their Coach, and, as a No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) provider, we are able to support our customers’ financial health as well.

With Allied Health, you can get help to overcome these barriers so you can continue on your path to success. Through our network of mental health practitioners, you can access confidential psychology and counselling services at no cost to you.

We understand that big household expenses sometimes come out of the blue. As a No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS) provider, MTC Australia grants loans to people who earn a low income. If approved, this allows you to purchase white goods and other household items without having to worry about paying fees or interest.
