Self-Refer to MTC’s Skills for Education and Employment Program

With the SEE Program opening to all eligible Australians, you can improve your language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills by applying directly to MTC Australia’s Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program. We welcome all individuals looking to enhance their skills and improve their career prospects.

The SEE Program is designed to build your Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital skills, helping you secure the job you want or continue your studies. SEE caters to a wide range of people, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. The SEE program is tailored to your abilities and goals, with a strong community focus to ensure you feel comfortable and safe while learning.

Am I eligible for Skills for Education & Employment?

To be eligible for the SEE Program, an individual must be:

aged over 15 years and have left school, and

either be an Australian citizen, or a permanent visa holder, or on a provisional or temporary visa with working rights and eligible for the Adult Migrant English Program, or a Pacific Australian Labour Mobility visa holder, and

not enrolled in the Adult Migrant English Program any other Program as advised by the department from time to time

How do I enrol in the SEE Program?

Step 1

Contact MTC’s Customer Care team on 1300 232 663 or info@mtcaustralia.com.au OR visit your local MTC site and our staff will assess your eligibility and provide you with the right paperwork to complete.*

Step 2

Once we receive this form from you, we will complete your registration for the SEE Program.

Step 3

You will then be booked into a Pre-Training Assessment to understand your needs and get you into the right class at the right MTC site.

Step 4

You will begin in the SEE Program with MTC!
*You can also check your own eligibility and complete the SEE Direct Registration Form and send it directly to info@mtcaustralia.com.au along with a copy of your ID.
