How we help
MTC Australia is an independent social enterprise that enables people to overcome barriers on their path to meaningful work. We do this through the employment, mentoring and training programs we deliver.
Each year, we support over 20,000 people across NSW, ACT and QLD who are vulnerable and experiencing disadvantage with new skills, confidence and opportunities. We work closely with people to create the path that is right for them and their individual needs.
We’re a group of over 450 dedicated people based at more than 40 locations across Greater Sydney and Queensland who have extensive experience and the passion needed to inspire people from all walks of life to discover and achieve their ambitions and to reach their full potential. At different stages of life, people are looking for different things from their work and we help them navigate key career transitions with solutions that are right for them and their individual needs.
Our support sees people experience positive change in themselves and in their contribution to the community.
Our proven programs and government-funded initiatives help people build capacity and skills and find the right opportunities for work and life. Through these programs, we’re also well placed to help employers find and hire job-ready staff who will become valuable assets to any workforce. We also deliver nationally accredited training courses and innovative youth programs and offer specialist recruitment services through MTC Recruitment.
As a social enterprise, we support and empower disadvantaged Australians, by reinvesting surplus back into social impact initiatives aligned to our purpose.
