After working as an auto glazier in Lebanon for 23 years, Warda came to Australia and found the same type of work. But lost his job due to COVID and he found it difficult to find new employment because of his limited English communication skills.

Joshua’s story
Joshua was born with microphthalmos and sclerocornea, resulting in vision impairment in both of his eyes. Despite significant training and qualifications, Joshua wasn’t having any luck securing employment so he transferred to MTC’s Disability Employment Services.
