MTC was established in 1989 in Marrickville by a team of just three. Now we’re a group of 450 dedicated people working at more than 40 locations across NSW and Queensland and every year we support 20,000 people with new skills, confidence and opportunities.

Tailored training options

MTC is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering quality, government-subsidised training services to help your team develop and grow. If you already have the right candidate but want to enrol them in further training or upskill them for your industry, we offer a variety of accredited and non-accredited training courses to improve the employability skills and industry knowledge of your staff members. Our team can also work with you to co-design tailored, on-site training for your eligible employees.

By partnering with us, you’re helping to support our community programs which, together with our employment and training programs, help more than 20,000 people each year.
