MTC Australia has been helping find, upskill and place employees into work for more than 35 years, giving us extensive knowledge in multiple industries and skillsets, and putting us in the perfect position to work with you on your employee training needs.

We offer fee-free traineeships to eligible participants under the NSW Government’s Smart and Skilled initiative, designed to help improve access to employee training. The traineeship program saves trainees or their employers from having to pay as much as $1,000 in training costs.

Fee-free traineeships are available to full-time employees who have been employed by a business for less than three months, and part-time employees who have been employed for less than 12 months. This training is subsidised by the NSW Government.

One of our key offerings is a traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care to teach your employees how to work collaboratively with educators to provide care and support to children.

The traineeship is delivered through a combination of workplace training and assessment with distance-based learning. MTC’s expert Trainers will support your employee throughout to ensure they have the greatest chance of success.
