MTC was established in 1989 in Marrickville by a team of just three. Now we’re a group of 450 dedicated people working at more than 40 locations across NSW and Queensland and every year we support 20,000 people with new skills, confidence and opportunities.

If you need extra assistance to develop the skills required to find and keep a job or to decide on the right educational pathway, MTC Australia’s NDIS Services are here to help. Our NDIS Services are designed to help anyone who has an NDIS plan and wants to find work. Through Youth Employment Assistance (formerly SLES) and NDIS Employment Support, we can be your personal team, backing you up as you chase your dreams and achieve your employment goals.
