BSBSS00102 – Micro Business Skill Set

This course enables aspiring entrepreneurs to take the next step in getting their small business off the ground. You will explore business opportunities and develop a business plan, complete with financial tables. 

How is this course delivered?

Duration and Delivery Mode: This course is Self-paced learning delivered online through Microsoft Teams and takes up to six (6) weeks to complete. It will include:

    • facilitated virtual learning; and
    • virtual weekly 1-on-1 support sessions.

Learner IT requirements: Participants must have access to a computer or laptop, word processing software, and the internet to undertake this course.

You will require the Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital skills to:

    • Read and comprehend the course learning content;
    • Conduct a basic internet search;
    • Engage in online learning, including video conferencing sessions; and
    • Use a range of software to communicate electronically and create simple documents.

Course Units

This training will take six ( 6) weeks to complete. You must complete the two Units of Competency listed below.

BSBESB301 Investigate business opportunities
BSBESB401 Research and develop business plans

Certification

Successful completion of these competencies can contribute to credit towards a nationally recognised qualification in Australia, awarded by MTC Australia.
